Living underground is short story.
It’s the thoughts of a woman who frequently takes the London metro. She thinks about her past love, to her current observations of her surroundings, to what she plans to do once she reaches home.
Josie Jaffrey managed to write an intriguing story in under 15 pages, that was both mysterious and had a sense of both lover’s regret and compassion.
Overall 4.5 out of 5 stars.
